I do not have enough superlatives for Gretchen Esch and secondarily, Town & Country Realty (Nebraska Realty). Despite living 750 miles away from Hastings, I was asked by my father and my siblings to help my father with the sale of his house. In order to provide this oversight, I was highly reliant on a Realtor to be highly communicative, efficient and have phenomenal understanding of the market and the market conditions. I was so impressed with my interactions with Gretchen Esch. On July 27th we had our 1st telephone conference and by the end of the evening, she had taken marketing pictures of the house and had a preliminary marketing assessment for my father’s home. This was so impressive, that by July 28th, I was convinced that Gretchen and Nebraska Realty would be representing our home. She had an excellent marketing plan such that by 18Aug we had listed on MLS and conducted a full-blown social media blast. On 21Aug we had the first private showings available and approximately 12 showings were conducted. This was so effective that by 23Aug, we had multiple offers and had signed the agreement. Gretchen continued to effectively communicate with both my father and I—keeping us both fully in the loop. On 24Sep, we officially closed on the home—exactly as one would like. No excitement, no drama and no surprises.
